Since my daughter studied at Bright Horizons Stony Stratford Day Nursery, she has been acquiring a great deal of knowledge and skills needed for her physical and mental development for which we are very grateful. She is always happy coming home from school - your teachers and staff members obviously have the best education and service.

Overall Standard. Value for Money. My daughter has been at Bright Horizons Brammingham since she was 18 months old. I have watched her grow in confidence and develop her social skills throughout her time here.

The staff go out of their way to help with her development and I have nothing but praise. My daughter will be starting school next year and I know that she will be prepared with the help and guidance from the staff here. The staff are extremely caring towards the children. The food is freshly cooked every day. The arts and crafts activities are fantastic and our son is extremely happy at the nursery. Management of the nursery is fantastic.

Staff set up: a good mix of young carers and more experienced carers. Personally, I am not a fan of nurseries with only young carers - they lack the experience even with the best intention and care. Regional management should ensure staff are rewarded properly to avoid high staff turnover which is unsettling for the children.

Recently my little girl has started the nursery and I am very pleased and happy with the care received. She enjoys going to nursery and the staff have always got a smile on their face which makes it easier leaving my little girl with them. Nursery has great staff and a lovely personal feel to it. If I have any questions they are always happy to talk through.

Lovely nursery, friendly staff. Our son loves it there and his key worker is fab! The garden area is very big and he is always doing lots of fun activities. Would definitely recommend to friends and families. My granddaughter started here six weeks ago and absolutely loves it. The staff are all so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. It has definitely made my daughter's anxiety about leaving her and going back to work a lot easier knowing she is being left in such good hands.

Thank you. I have my two children at Bright Horizons Brockley, one who started as a baby and is now three and a baby who just started. The care provided is really good and it's just comforting to see them really happy to go there, being friends with their carers and making friends there. People care about the children, they do nice activities and we can track how the kids' day is going with an app.

We love Bright Horizons Windsor! Both of our children have attended the nursery and both love attending. The long hours give real flexibility to working parents and make balancing work and children slightly less stressful. The staff are always so attentive to the children and interested in their individual needs. The management team are also really close to the children which is really reassuring as a parent.

Whenever we have had any minor issues the management team have been very responsive and quick to resolve them. They have also been very flexible and accommodating with additional sessions when we have needed them. As a first-time mother, I can not describe the fear I experienced leaving my baby girl for the first time. At Bright Horizons Astley, I know my little girl is looked after by the staff to the best of their ability.

Her care needs are met, her development is thriving daily and to see her socialise with other children makes me so happy. With her being born in lockdown she was glued to my side for 13 months.

So leaving her still, is pretty difficult. She loves the staff! Thank you for all your commitment and hard work! My daughter started here at nine months after not much socialising due to covid. The staff have been brilliant at making sure she settled in and is excited to go. She has been there for nine months now and is learning new things all the time. They keep me well informed of all her activities and I really do feel like she is in safe hands. It makes going to work and leaving her that little bit easier.

I can not thank Bramingham Day Nursery enough. My first child came here and I removed her due to the poor communication from management. However, I had heard amazing things about the new management team and I have to say I am so pleased I came back with my second. The staff team are amazing especially my son's key child who he loves dearly and talks about her all the time especially about her singing.

Amazing what a fresh new leader can do. Our month-old has been attending the nursery for about six weeks and he seems to love it and actually settled really quickly! The environment is really homely and everyone who works there is friendly and I just get a sense of trust which is so important.
