How many fruit kabobs per person
I am making them for wedding reception. I suggest you make fruit trays see the fruit tray page , with just a few kabobs for deco- looks fresher and MUCH less work.
I plan on having fruit kabobs, and I wonder how many I will need. They will be the first item on the buffet, and I had thought of one each, but being the first item, people may take two. One would be enough I know with all the rest, but I am worried, being the first item, folks may just take two, so do I make , or kabobs, or is there a happy medium? Fruit kabobs are fiddly, very time consuming to make, they leave dangerous sharp sticks around, and they don't make very good leftovers because the fruit has been handled so much; also more likely to be contaminated, if made with ungloved hands.
